How long does it take for me to receive the order?

Shipments on working days from Monday to Thursday are sent the next day.( depending on your location). If the order has been placed before 2:00 p.m and the payment  made. Quality Shipment (Express Shipment Option) orders are parcel and send immediatialy after recieving the visible transfer before 2.00p.m

On Fridays we ship the same day if the order or payment has been made before 12:00

Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (Monday- Thursday) or 1:00pm (Friday) and during weekends and holidays, we ship  the Next or Two business days.

How to create an Account?

To create an account, simply click on the "Sign up" or "My account icon" at the top right of our website.  Fill in your email, choose a password  and complete the required details.  You 'll be set up in just a few minutes! Enjoy a faster  checkout and exclusive offers once your are registered 

How do i Change my shipping address?

To change your shipping address. Log into your account and go to the "Account Setting" section. From there, you can update your address details. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, the changes will be applied.  For any issue do not hesitate to contact customer support 

How do i track the Status of my Order?

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is ship.(Details of the Courier entity) So you can easily follow its progress.

Also, You can check your order status by  inputting your (Order number and Order email) in the "Track your Order" page located in the footer section of this website.

What is Your return Policy?

We want you to be satisfied, We have one of the most relaxed return policy for defects goods or wrongly shipped items. 

You are able to return your product within a stated period of 7 days and it should still be in good condition and in its original package.

What do i do if i Entered an Incorrect Shipping Address?

Please inform us of the change of the delivery address as soon as possible in order to modify the existing information

Can i Change or Cancel an order after i have Submitted it ?

Yes! you can just informing or calling the support team and i will be handled for you as soon as possible.

Can I Pre-order an item that is sold out?

Yes! You can pre-order items that are currently sold out. Simple select the item and follow the prompts to place an order (BACKORDER) at no extra cost.
