I am on my second bottle going for 3rd. I tell you this workout push yourself and it’ll work. I push 295 on bench squat 325 and I am high in energy. Only 28 and I feel amazing. Don’t neglect the work it is not a magic pill its a supplement you still need to do the work. It may work for you or not but if it does then you’re in good hands.

Can’t tell if product works. Have only managed to take twice. The taste is bad, worse is I have to taste it for the next 4-5 hours. I don’t have stomach issues or reflux issues. My breath even stinks.
