Tastes fine in water or juice, I have done the suggested serving of 5 mgs a day (1 scoop) and have had no issues with stomach upset. Great product, good value.

This is the second Momentous product that I have purchased. I have confidence in its quality because it is third party certified and came highly recommended from a reliable source. Everything I have read says this form of Creatine is the safest and most easily absorbed. It is tasteless. One heads up is that it doesn’t dissolve completely in liquids and requires stirring to maintain the undissolved portion in suspension. I like to stir it into my morning oatmeal where it is completely unnoticeable. I haven’t used it long enough to report on its long term effects, but in the short term I seem to notice having a bit more energy.
