Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • In order to return or exchange your defective product, please contact our customer service.
  • Item must be returned within 7 days in order to receive a refund. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund immediately.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (Note: Exclusion to orders above $200). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. (Note: Orders above $200 are excluded from this condition)
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refund, return and exchange policy do not allow one of this case

  • Opened or used items cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.
  • Packaging is damaged.
  • Item is not returned within 7 days
  • Sale items cannot be refunded
